• 1 year recent full-time L&D experience (within last 3 years)
• Registered Nurse License (California)
• Basic Life Support (AHA)
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certificate (AWHONN) required at hire
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Responsibilities

• Lead the health care team; delegate tasks, ensure accountability
• Demonstrate professional, supportive behavior and problem solve across departments
• Mentor, orient, and coach staff; participate in change and education
• Ensure nursing process with plan of care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
