Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in L&D, or successful completion of a KP L&D course
• Registered Nurse License (California)
• Basic Life Support
• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certificate required at hire or within 12 months
• Ability to scrub and circulate as required

Responsibilities

• Upholds Kaiser Permanente's Policies and Procedures and applicable laws
• Leads the health care team; delegates tasks appropriately and ensures accountability
• Mentors, orients, and coaches others in unit operations and patient care
• Participates in problem identification and resolution and supports unit-based teams
