Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery. You will deliver patient- and family-centered care across all stages of labor and birth, and support management of conditions such as preeclampsia, diabetes, and placental disorders in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an RN license, BLS, and 1–3 years of related experience, with a BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure active and in good standing.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and nursing judgments across labor and birth.
• Coordinate care and direct support personnel to ensure safety and quality.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team.
