Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• PCT I–CNA program preferred; PCT II license required; PCT III license required with EKG or lab draw competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under supervision of licensed personnel.
• Assists patients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Monitors vital signs and reports changes to staff.
• Responds to patient call lights and communicates needs.
• Maintains patient room cleanliness and prepares supplies as needed.
