Incredible Health in Lawrenceville, GA is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN to care for laboring mothers, monitor fetal status, and collaborate with obstetricians to ensure safe, compassionate care.

We offer day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem options. Required ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and L&D experience; EHR proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher from an accredited program.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery, Obstetrics, or a related field preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaborative skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and standard L&D equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers with obstetricians and the care team.
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates; intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments, including epidurals and IV fluids.
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families during labor and delivery.
• Document patient status and outcomes per guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher educational attainment from an accredited program
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery, Obstetrics, or a related field preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard medical equipment pertinent to Labor & Delivery

• Document and report patient status, changes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines
