Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring for a Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN) in the Jasper, GA area. You will work with obstetricians and a multidisciplinary team to care for laboring mothers from admission through delivery.

We seek candidates with ADN or higher, an active RN license, and 1+ year L&D experience. BLS and ACLS are required, with strong communication and EHR proficiency to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree from accredited program.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years in Labor and Delivery or related field.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and equipment used in Labor & Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers with obstetricians and the healthcare team.
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates; intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and therapies, including epidurals and IV fluids.
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families throughout labor and delivery.
• Document and report patient status and treatment outcomes per guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher educational attainment from an accredited program
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license

• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard medical equipment pertinent to Labor & Delivery

Salary

Salary: $59,030 to $99,000 /year
