Qualifications

• New graduate RN ready to begin residency.
• Ability to apply evidence-based care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to birthing patients and newborns under supervision.
• Develop skills in antepartum, intrapartum, and immediate postpartum care.
• Perform fetal monitoring, medication administration, and emergency response within the unit.
