Participants pass the NCLEX prior to start, obtain Delaware RN licensure, commit to employment, and complete residency development sessions, including preceptor-led training, simulation, and interprofessional collaboration.

Developed by ChristianaCare Labor & Delivery nurses, the program is designed to provide a smooth and supportive transition into the L&D RN role. Following completion of the initial residency experience, participants continue to attend residency development sessions during months 6, 8, 10, and 12 to further enhance professional growth and clinical practice.
