Job summary
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is seeking a Nurse Manager for Labor and Delivery to lead the day shift at a Seattle hospital. This role blends clinical leadership with operational oversight to ensure safe, efficient care in a 30-bed unit.
You will collaborate with senior leadership to manage staffing, quality initiatives, and patient and caregiver experiences, reporting to the Senior Labor and Delivery Manager. Washington RN license required and BLS certification at hire.
Qualifications
- BSN or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within two years of hire.
- Washington RN license on hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association on hire.
- Three years of recent Labor and Delivery nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Share responsibility for quality, staffing and patient and caregiver experience.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to run the department.
- Lead the Labor and Delivery team and ensure safe, efficient care.
