Qualifications

• Graduates from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state.
• Minimum two years nursing experience preferred.
• BSN required.
• RNs without BSN must enroll in BSN program within 1 year and complete within 3 years.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.
• Professional certification within 1 year of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Supports the manager with daily operations and coordination of patient care/outcomes.
• Oversees allocation of human and fiscal resources, communication, patient throughput and program development.
• Rounding on patients, staff, and physicians to assess care quality and satisfaction.
• Delegate care to appropriate healthcare workers within policy.
