Job summary

Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park and Leawood, Kansas, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery. Join a dedicated team delivering perinatal care in a family-centered environment, using continuous fetal monitoring and evidence-based practices.

You will work under the direction of leadership within the Family Birthing Center and contribute to safe, compassionate care for adolescents, adults, and newborns while pursuing ongoing safety training.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 1 year of start date.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Neonatal Resuscitation must be obtained within 1 year of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to perinatal patients per policy and procedures.
• Support care under the Charge Nurse, Manager, and Director of the Family Birthing Center.
• Deliver family centered care for adolescents, adults, and newborns.
• Participate in ongoing fetal monitoring education and perinatal safety initiatives.
