Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare's Orem Community Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse for our LDRP unit (labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum). This full-time role (36 hours/week) covers day shifts and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, planning individualized care, coordinating with the care team, and documenting care outcomes with a focus on safety and quality. A BSN is preferred/required within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Utah.
• BSN is required as of 4/27/2025 or the equivalent standard.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients and families.
• Collaboratively develop and update individualized plans of care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and education for patients/families.
• Deliver care per plan, document accurately, and manage priorities.
