Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma in nursing from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care practices.
• Cultural awareness and respectful communication with diverse patients.
• Effective communication and delegation within nursing teams.
• Ability to assess patients and plan care, including education for families.
• Knowledge of medication administration and discharge planning.
• Documentation of health information in appropriate records.
• AHA/Red Cross BLS certification.
• RN license valid in the state of practice.
