Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration with patients and care partners.
• Cultural awareness and respectful communication with diverse patients.
• Strong communication skills to convey information and delegate appropriately.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and discharge processes.
• Familiarity with health information documentation and safeguarding patient data.

Responsibilities
