Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited RN program.
- Nevada nursing license.
- Certifications: BLS, NRP, STABLE, and ACLS.
- At least 1 year of acute care experience.
- Fetal monitoring certification within six months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinate interdisciplinary treatment, and support patients and their families physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
- Monitor labor progress, educate patients, and support clinical and emotional needs throughout childbirth.
- Demonstrate service excellence, teamwork, and adherence to ethical standards.
