Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Facility Services Compliance Coordinator to monitor, audit, and enforce wage, hour, and employment standards across on-site operations in Texas.

The role collaborates with HR, legal, and project teams, conducts on-site interviews to verify pay and classification, and ensures proper payroll reporting for craft classifications. A 3+ year compliance background and strong integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field preferred/n not required.
• 3 years minimum experience in a compliance role.
• Experience conducting audits and investigations related to labor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for labor compliance policies and provide corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, and project management teams to address and resolve compliance issues.
• Conduct on-site interviews with employees to verify proper pay and classification.
• Ensure proper craft classifications reflected in payroll reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to implement labor compliance programs.
