Job summary

United Contractors is seeking a Labor Compliance Manager to lead contract administration of 20+ CBAs, advise on public works compliance, and support negotiations logistics for our contractor members in California.

You will interpret CBA terms, maintain accurate records, assist senior leadership, and collaborate with the Labor & Member Services team to ensure compliance with state and federal law. This growth role offers responsibility, opportunity, and a path to expert-level impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years with CBAs or CA prevailing wage/public works.
• Strong attention to detail and contract administration experience.
• Construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer collective bargaining agreements and support negotiations process.
• Provide compliance and contract interpretation of 20+ CBAs to membership.
• Provide public works and prevailing wage support to members.
• Assist LMS leadership in execution of department and organization goals.
• Assist in record keeping and project development and execution.
