BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Labor Attorney to join our client in Little Falls, NJ. This senior‑level role requires strong expertise in labor and employment law, with emphasis on public sector environments.

You will represent clients in disputes, provide counsel to public and private sector entities, and handle labor relations and compliance. NJ Bar admission and a proven track record in client management and negotiations are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• Significant experience in labor and employment law.
• Experience representing public entities such as school boards or municipalities preferred.
• Experience representing private sector clients is also considered.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
