Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a highly motivated mid-level Labor & Employment Associate in New York. The ideal candidate has a strong background in labor and employment litigation, compliance, and counseling work, with NY-based preference.

Responsibilities include advising on wage-hour and discrimination laws, counseling on traditional labor matters, drafting policies, managing investigations, and handling litigation across federal and state courts. NY bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with top academic credentials.
• 3-5 years of labor & employment experience in a law firm.
• Admission to the New York bar required; admission in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and/or Connecticut is a plus.
