REMOTE - EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION ATTORNEYS IN CALIFORNIA – CALIFORNIA BAR REQUIRED

About the Company - We are seeking highly skilled Employment Litigation Attorneys in California to join a virtual law firm within a large established defense-side law firm of over 600 attorneys.

About the Role - We have immediate needs for Employment Litigation attorneys with 10+ years of experience who would like to work mostly remote with billable hours of 1850, but can work less hours if desired. Looking for attorneys with experience handling depositions, administrative charges, demand letters, and single plaintiff litigation. Wage/Hour Class Action Litigation would be a plus, but not required. Litigation attorneys with some employment experience will be considered. These are long-term W-2 counsel positions with benefits and bonus potential.

Our client is looking to hire immediately.

Responsibilities

• Handling Administrative charges/demand letters

• Deposition experience required

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar of CALIFORNIA and in good standing
• 10+ years of experience
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective solutions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
