Job Title: Employment and Labor Law Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Employment and Labor Law Attorney with strong expertise in PAGA and Class Action litigation. Experience working with or representing School Districts or public sector employers is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employment litigation, including PAGA claims and class/collective actions
• Advise clients on labor law compliance, workplace policies, investigations, and risk mitigation
• Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and training materials
• Provide legal counsel to public entities, with a focus on education sector clients (preferred)

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active California Bar license
• 5+ years of employment/labor law experience
• Proven track record in handling PAGA and class action matters
• Prior experience with School Districts or the public sector is a strong plus
• Excellent litigation, negotiation, and client advisory skills
