Our client, a top law firm, is seeking an associate to join their sophisticated employment practice based in the Century City (Los Angeles) office.

Salary Range: $230,000 - $310,000 annually, based on experience and other factors. This range is provided by Marina Sirras & Associates LLC; actual pay will be discussed with your recruiter.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in employment law
• Experience in employment litigation, on either defense or plaintiff side, preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written, verbal, and advocacy skills with high attention to detail
• JD from an accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials
• Admitted to the California Bar
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
