Pacer Group, a growing California litigation practice, seeks an Employment Litigation Attorney with 2–4 years of experience to join its team. The ideal candidate will handle discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour matters, including PAGA and class actions, with strong research and writing skills.

You will draft pleadings, manage discovery and depositions, develop litigation strategies, and communicate with clients, while working both independently and within a collaborative

Competenze

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 2–4 years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience handling PAGA matters is required.
• Experience with class and representative actions preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employment litigation matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and workplace accommodation claims.
• Work on PAGA claims and class or representative actions.
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal briefs.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

Qualifications:
