Crossing Hurdles is seeking an Employment Lawyer for flexible contract work. Remote, 10-40 hrs/week, compensation $100–$170 per hour. You will analyze employment law scenarios, review AI-generated analyses and documents, and identify issues and risks.

Candidates should have a U.S. JD, active bar license, and solid employment law experience, with strong legal reasoning and excellent written English.

Qualifications

J.D. from a U.S. law school.
Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or DC.
Strong experience in employment or labor law.
Strong legal reasoning and document review skills.
Excellent written English and attention to detail.
