Job summary

Advantis Medical Staffing is seeking a Labor & Delivery travel RN for a 13-week assignment in Lee's Summit, Missouri at Saint Luke's East Hospital. The role is a Nights shift on a 3x12 schedule, paying $2,311 per week.

You will assess maternal and fetal well-being, interpret fetal heart-rate patterns, guide patients through labor, birth, and recovery, and respond to obstetric emergencies as they arise. Travel clinicians receive streamlined credentialing, Day 1 benefits, and free license support

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience.
• Active Missouri RN license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret maternal and fetal status, including electronic fetal monitoring, escalating concerns promptly.
• Support patients through labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy, including oxytocin titration as ordered and per facility protocol.
• Provide immediate newborn care and support neonatal resuscitation per NRP guidelines.

This Labor and Delivery travel nurse position in Lee's Summit, Missouri, with Advantis Medical is a 13-week Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) contract at Saint Luke's East Hospital . This role pays $2,311 per week and follows a Nights shift with a 3x12 schedule.
