Job summary

The Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for Labor & Delivery on a 24 hour rotating schedule with a $10k sign-on bonus. You will join a high‑acuity OB team supporting more than 6,000 births annually in a fast-paced surgical environment.

You will work beside OB surgeons, anesthesia, NICU, nursing and physicians in a collaborative academic medical center known for advanced maternal care.

Qualifications

• CST certification required and NBSTSA CST credential.
• Minimum 2 years Surgical Tech experience in OB or L&D preferred.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced unit.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Cesarean sections and emergency C-sections.
• Support postpartum hemorrhage procedures and D&C procedures.
• Assist with tubal ligations and complex maternal-fetal surgeries.

Role Responsibilities

At BWH, Surgical Techs are key members of the OB surgical team, assisting with:

• Cesarean sections
