The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to support the Center for Women and Newborns.

This full-time role offers a 36-hour rotating schedule and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, working with a perioperative team to deliver safe, high-quality obstetrical and surgical care. As part of Mass General Brigham, you will collaborate with physicians, nurses and interdisciplinary staff to prepare sterile fields, maintain instrumentation, and ensure strict

Qualifications

• CST certification required.
• 2+ years surgical tech experience preferred.
• Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields, instruments, and equipment.
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and procedural teams.
• Ensure instruments, supplies, and equipment are readily available and functioning.
• Maintain strict sterile technique and infection prevention standards.
