Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in labor management, operations support, or payroll-related roles.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with labor management or timekeeping systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Easy Metrics Labor Management System daily for accurate labor reporting.
• Audit labor hours and ensure correct department/work center coding.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve timekeeping issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Payroll to ensure data integrity.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly labor reports for leadership.
• Support payroll accuracy by researching labor data issues.
• Train supervisors on labor coding procedures and best practices.
