The role involves system configuration, data loads, testing, and producing reports and SOPs. A bachelor’s in business/operations/analytics and 2+ years WFM experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
  • 2+ years in Workforce Management, HR Systems or related field.
  • Working knowledge of WFM platforms (UKG, Reflexis, Blue Yonder, or similar).
  • Understanding of WFM system set ups; analytical skills; Excel/data analysis.
  • Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar) preferred; strong insight communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide WFM support, resolve user issues, manage tickets, coordinate escalations.
  • Execute approved system configuration changes and updates; monitor interfaces and data feeds.
  • Load and validate labor budgets, forecasts, and scheduling data; support schedule generation.
  • Test system changes, perform validations, reconciliations, and maintain audit docs.
  • Maintain reports, dashboards, SOPs, and training materials; support governance.

Job Description Position Summary The Labor Analyst supports the Workforce Management Manager by executing the daily operational, system-support, configuration, maintenance, and validation work required to keep the enterprise WFM environment accurate, stable, and usable. The position serves as a hands‑on resource for store and field support, recurring production activities, approved configuration changes, labor‑budget and data loads, schedule‑cycle support, testing, documentation, and issue resolution. The analyst works closely with Store Operations, Field Leadership, Finance, HR, Payroll, Technology, and external vendors to resolve issues, protect data integrity, and support consistent labor‑planning processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • WFM Support & Issue Management Provide WFM support, resolve user issues, manage tickets, and coordinate escalations. Track recurring issues and maintain support documentation.
  • Configuration & System Maintenance Execute approved system configuration changes and organizational updates. Monitor interfaces, jobs, and data feeds; maintain change‑control documentation.
  • Labor Planning & Schedule Operations Load and validate labor budgets, forecasts, and scheduling data. Support schedule generation, reconcile labor data, and monitor key planning metrics.
  • Testing, Validation & Production Controls Test system changes, releases, and integrations. Perform validations, data reconciliations, and maintain audit documentation.
  • Reporting, Documentation & Training Maintain reports, dashboards, SOPs, and training materials. Support user training, governance activities, and critical WFM processes.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Workforce Management, HR Systems or related field
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of WFM platforms (e.g., UKG, Reflexis, Blue Yonder, or similar); Understanding of WFM system technical set ups; Analytical Skills; Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis; Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred; Ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting retail, service‑based, or multi‑unit operations
  • Exposure to labor compliance requirements
  • Interest in analytical modeling, forecasting, and optimization
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, R etc.
