Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Labor & Employment Partner to join its Reno, Nevada office. The candidate will lead labor and employment matters, provide strategic counsel to clients, and guide case strategy with the team in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates will have eight+ years in labor and employment law, Nevada licensure, and a track record in defense and commercial litigation, plus strong leadership to supervise complex matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Extensive knowledge of employment defense and commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to manage cases and lead legal teams.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
