Job summary

Tri-Star Construction is seeking a dependable Laborer to join our crew on heavy civil and road construction projects in Oklahoma. Starting pay is $16+ per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience and skill level.

You will assist with concrete, asphalt, earthwork, and underground utility tasks, operate hand and power tools, prepare materials, and help with traffic control and site safety. The role requires reliability, good attendance, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of heavy civil construction experience preferred.
• Experience with construction tools and equipment preferred.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a crew.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete, asphalt, earthwork, or underground utility heavy civil construction activities.
• Operate hand and power tools, including jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, pressure washers, and torches.
• Prepare jobsite materials, unload tools, and setup equipment.
• Hand dig as needed, including exposing existing utilities.
• Direct traffic around construction and roadwork areas when assigned.
• Clean, inspect, maintain, and store tools and equipment properly.
• Follow directions from the Superintendent and Foreman and work safely as part of the crew.
• Follow company and OSHA safety requirements.
