Job summary

Entegee is seeking a labeling specialist to support medical device labeling projects. You will develop labeling artwork, specs, and drawings and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires PLM proficiency (Windchill/Enovia/Agile), strong Adobe Illustrator/InDesign skills, and experience in regulated industries. Collaboration with manufacturing and design teams is essential for accurate, timely releases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in labeling, documentation, or graphic design within a regulated industry.
• Direct experience with medical device/package labeling is preferred.
• Experience releasing labeling specifications and drawings via a PLM system (Windchill/Enovia/Agile).
• Knowledge of medical labeling requirements and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and release labeling artwork and packaging components.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure smooth transfer of labeling materials.
• Maintain compliant labeling systems and documentation in PLM.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• 2+ years of experience in labeling, documentation, graphic design, or a related field within a regulated industry, preferably medical devices.
• Direct experience with medical device/package labeling.
• Experience creating and releasing labeling specifications and drawings through a PLM system, such as Windchill, Enovia, or Agile.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Illustrator; Adobe InDesign experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical labeling requirements, content, and regulatory standards.
• Experience developing labeling artwork/images and releasing materials to Manufacturing.
• Experience with Windchill, Enovia, Agile, or other PLM systems.
• Experience with BarTender labeling software.
• Adobe InDesign experience.
• Experience working with internal labeling/design systems; Medtronic Transform experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another highly regulated industry.
