• Provide technical oversight for labeling and packaging materials and processes.
• Lead tech transfer, start-up activities, and process validation.
• Develop and approve documentation such as change controls and validation protocols.
• Support investigations including deviations and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process capability and metrics.
