Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Labeling Lead in Gainesville, FL, to optimize production labeling processes and ensure timely material readiness. The role requires coordinating with purchasing, production, and data teams to reduce downtime and improve overall line efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in cannabis or agricultural industry preferred.
Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
Experience with ERP/Inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Realign schedule as needed to provide the most accurate information and optimize work center efficiency.
Works with purchasing and production to minimize line downtime due to material and/or inventory issues.
Gathers data to maintain Attainment and Adherence Metrics. Monitor Status assignments in Dutchie to confirm materials produced transfer to PBI.
Communicate regularly with the Sr. Operations Manager about late orders or other issues that are hindering on-time delivery.
Ensure all labels and materials are prepared prior to work center production schedule.
