Job summary

Menasha Corporation is hiring an Automatän LG Labeler Operator to operate and set up labeling equipment ensuring high-quality output that matches customer specifications. You will pull litho materials, perform machine setups, and maintain production documentation.

Responsibilities include monitoring product quality, troubleshooting issues, maintaining GMPs, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals on a rotating schedule. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Safe operation of manufacturing equipment and adherence to safety policies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude for setup and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read a tape measure and ruler accurately.
• Good mathematical skills and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up labeling equipment to meet customer specs.
• Pull litho materials from storage and prepare for runs.
• Perform machine changeovers and production setup.
• Manage production reporting and job documentation.
• Inspect product quality and ensure print accuracy against cards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and assist maintenance as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and production-ready.
• Work with team to meet production goals.
