Job summary

Menasha Corporation in California is seeking an Automatän LG Labeler Helper for the 2nd shift (2:15 PM – 10:45 PM). The role involves setting up the machine, feeding sheets, and restacking to minimize warp while supporting the labeler operator.

You will inspect finished goods to ensure adherence to customer specs and assist with maintenance when needed. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, able to read a tape measure, and comfortable working overtime.

About The Opportunity

The Automatän LG Labeler Helper is responsible for assisting the Automatän LG Labeler Operator with the set up and feeding sheets into the Automatän machine.

Essential Functions

• Set up machine for production runs.
• Wash machine after production runs.
• Restack and flip-flop units to reduce warp.
• Repair or assist maintenance in the repair of the machine as necessary.
• Fill in for the Automatan Labeler Operator in their absence.
• Check finished product for quality per customer specifications.
• Ensure quality is a work priority by being attentive to detail and accuracy and by actively seeking work process improvements. Quality is the responsibility of all employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors.

• The wage range for this position is $20.19 to $27.31 per hour, based on experience.
