Job summary

Nosco, Inc. seeks an Inspection Operator for the Pleasant Prairie, WI facility on second and third shift. You will operate a rewinder/inspection asset to finalize digital label production, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality per customer specs.

You will also package products and maintain accurate documentation. The role requires a strong mechanical background, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have good interpersonal skills.
• Must have good mechanical background.
• Must have lift truck operating experience, at least one year.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift 50 pounds and perform tasks standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate a rewinder/inspection asset to perform the final step of digital label production.
• Produce printed roll labels to meet on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Package all products and supplies per customer documentation.
• Monitor production efficiency and quality; complete documentation and reporting accurately.
• Troubleshoot machine problems and identify corrective actions to achieve passing results.
