Nosco is seeking an Inspection Operator for second and third shifts at our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility. You will operate the rewinder/inspection asset to complete the final step of digital label production and package products per customer specifications, contributing to on-time delivery and high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience on production lines and quality inspection.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production efficiency and quality; complete docs accurately.
• Troubleshoot equipment and set up; perform testing and corrective actions.
• Help minimize remakes by timely problem identification.
• Perform clean-up/maintenance per SOP.
• Maintain high productivity; meet set-up times and run speeds.
