Job summary

The ideal candidate has knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, plus four years of relevant work experience. A high school diploma is required, with business courses preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP and proficient Microsoft Excel in Office suite.
• Experience using purchasing policies and procedures is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders from requirements and/or forecasts.
• Confer with vendors to obtain service information such as availability and delivery schedules.
• Run and analyze reports to determine needs and forecast requirements.
• Expedite delivery of goods to users.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the department.
