Seneca Foods Corporation in Janesville, WI is seeking a Customer Service Administrator (Finance) to support the Label/Poly area. You will prepare purchase orders, run reports, and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, plus four years of relevant work experience. A high school diploma is required, with business courses preferred.

Seneca Foods in Janesville, WI is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator that will focus their time in the Label/Poly area.

The ideal candidate must be able to use a high degree of initiative and independent judgement. This position requires technical knowledge of the specialized area and knowledge of purchasing policies and procedures. This position requires the ability to prepare and analyze requirements and forecasts, technical specifications, excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain highly effective working relationships.
