Job summary

Vestcom is seeking a detail-oriented Label Inspector to support quality control, label inspection, and packaging operations on A Shift (Sun-Tues, 6am-6pm; Wed 6am-12pm). You will use ERP to log time and materials, ensure accurate shipments, and maintain safety and cleanliness on the production floor.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work overtime, and commitment to Vestcom’s core values.

High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Inspects, separates, slots, and packages all label/print products.
Maintains all quality control standards.
Uses ERP system to log time and materials.
Ensures shipments are completed per the daily schedule or instructions.
Communicates problems or quality issues to the appropriate individuals.
Double checks shipments before leaving the production facility.
May coordinate with couriers about delays and special deliveries.
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area with required PPE and safety compliance.
May work overtime or on another shift as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Regular attendance is essential; adheres to drug-free workplace policies.
Adheres to all company policies including safety requirements.
