Job summary

MSCCN is seeking a Production Label Operator for an on-site role. You will operate label machines, log materials, and maintain a clean, safe work area to meet daily production deadlines.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience with strong mechanical skills. Overtime and possible shift variation may be required; a $500 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong mechanical skills to analyze and operate label machine equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates the label machines properly and efficiently to meet production deadlines.
• Minimize waste or misuse of raw materials.
• Communicates label production issues with the Production Supervisor and/or Facility Manager
• Performs distribution functions as needed.
• Keeps accurate log of raw materials used in production and maintains FIFO inventory.
• Uses ERP system to log time and materials for each job.
• Responsible for maintenance of all dies.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area; uses PPE and follows safety rules.
• May work overtime or on another shift as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Regular attendance is required.
