The role requires a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual who thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Starting hiring rate is $20-21 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus. Shift is C: Sunday-Tuesday 6pm-6am, Wednesday 6pm-12am, onsite at Vestcom division.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
• Color vision proficiency to distinguish product variations.

Responsibilities

• Performance & Accuracy: Operate label machines efficiently to meet daily production deadlines while minimizing material waste.
• Technical Ownership: Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes rather than "band-aid" fixes.
• Data & Quality: Maintain accurate logs of raw materials using our ERP system and ensure a "zero-defect" mindset through close attention to detail.
• Safety & Collaboration: Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with the production team to ensure overall site health.
