Avery Dennison Vestcom is seeking a Label Machine Operator in Dallas to own advanced labeling technology and deliver high-quality products. We value a mechanically inclined candidate who is accountable and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of related manufacturing experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and color vision. The shift is Sun-Tue 6AM-6PM and Wed 6AM-12PM, with starting pay $20-21/hr and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift.
• Color vision to distinguish product variations.

Responsibilities

• Operate label machines to meet daily production deadlines while minimizing material waste.
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes.
• Maintain accurate logs of raw materials using the ERP system with a zero-defect mindset.
• Keep a clean and safe work area and collaborate with the production team.
