Job summary

Vestcom, a stand-alone business unit of Avery Dennison, is seeking a mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join our production team. You’ll be the pilot of our equipment, setting up and operating label machines to meet daily deadlines with a zero-defect mindset.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting on the fly, logging materials in the ERP system, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of related manufacturing experience;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in reading technical measurements and basic computer literacy.

You will be responsible for operating label machines efficiently, troubleshooting technical issues on the fly, and ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards.

Potential Shifts:

Day Shift: Sunday - Tuesday 5am - 5pm, Wednesday 5am - 11am

Day Shift: Wednesday 11am - 5pm, Thursday - Saturday 5am - 5pm

IMMEDIATE NEED:

Night Shift:Sunday - Tuesday 5pm - 5am, Wednesday 5pm - 11pm

Night Shift:Wednesday 11pm - 5am, Thursday - Saturday 5pm - 5am
