Job Description

The role involves performing operational functions related to data manipulation on various label equipment to meet quality standards and deadlines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate label machines efficiently to meet production schedules.
• Minimize waste and misuse of raw materials.
• Communicate production issues to supervisors or managers.
• Maintain schedules for machine cleaning and maintenance.
• Perform distribution functions as needed.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials.
• Keep accurate logs of raw materials and production details for quality control and inventory management.
• Use TCM system to log jobs accurately.
• Maintain all dies used in production.
• Ensure work areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and management to complete tasks on time.
• Maintain safety standards, PPE use, and cleanliness.
• Work overtime or on other shifts as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with digital inkjet presses, mechanical and computer aptitude preferred.
• Experience in variable data printing and mailing services is advantageous.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively.
• Experience with inserters and print bindery equipment is a plus.
