Job summary

MCC Label is seeking an entry-level Packer to inspect, band, and shrink-wrap stacks of finished labels and to assist with assembling and packing boxes for shipment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to procedures.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with a positive, team-focused attitude. Training is provided to grow into other positions within MCC.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for a full shift.
• Regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and reliability.
• Ability to walk, reach, and perform repetitive motions safely.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished labels for quality.
• Band and shrink-wrap stacks of finished labels.
• Assemble corrugated boxes or trays for packing.
• Pack finished labels into boxes for shipment.
• Stack boxes on pallets for shipment.
• Complete required documentation promptly and accurately.
