Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care. You will coordinate with regional teams, uphold clinical and licensure standards, and mentor supervisees to promote professional growth.

Applicants should hold active licensure, meet WA supervision requirements, and manage scheduling and documentation while supporting staffing needs and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required or eligible for licensure where applicable.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA oversight experience.
• Completion of WA behavior-analysis coursework per WAC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
