Maxim Healthcare in Spokane, WA seeks a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead treatment planning and supervise the ABA team. Expect a manageable caseload with 20–25 billable hours weekly, plus monthly bonuses and CEU support. Remote supervision options and flexible scheduling enhance work-life balance while delivering evidence-based care.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with families and insurers, and contribute to quality initiatives while advancing client-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred.
• Experience with toddlers, children, and adults in behavioral services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with families and insurance providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
• Create materials to support behavior plans.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor behavioral direct care staff, BCaBAs, and BCBA trainees.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans to meet evolving client needs.
