Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a laboratory operations professional to support Critical Reagent and Raw Material labs in Summit, NJ. The role focuses on maintaining inventory, managing samples, and assisting with pack-out activities to ensure materials are ready for QC testing and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, adherence to GDP/cGMP, safe handling of materials, and collaboration with QC, EHS, and cross-functional partners to sustain inspection readiness and a safe,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years in lab ops, inventory, or sample mgmt; or an Associate/Bachelors in related field.
• Familiarity with cGMP, GDP, FDA-regulated environments, and EHS expectations.
• Experience with inventory control, sample handling, material movement, pack out, or lab support activities.
• Experience with SAP ERP system preferred.
• Basic math skills for counts, reconciliations, and docs reviews.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures in regulated labs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory for Critical Reagent and Raw Material labs, including cycle counts and shortages.
• Support sample management: receipt, labeling, storage verification, chain-of-custody.
• Coordinate and perform pack-out for samples and materials with proper documentation and temperature control.
• Clean and maintain equipment and lab spaces per procedures.
• Support lab walkthroughs and safety readiness activities with cross-functional teams.
• Record all inventory and handling information in GDP-compliant systems.
• Work with QC, EHS, and support teams to keep materials ready for testing and audits.
